Revival Book Arts is a studio where a team of papermakers, book binders, and letterpress printers create works of art, collaborative projects, and jobs on commission. We make these objects with craftsmanship in mind by giving attention to each process and the materials we use. Environmental sustainability is important, and we repurpose natural fiber rags and fabric for papermaking and use products in binding and printing that do not harm our world.

In addition to our creative work, we teach classes in order to keep paper, physical books, and printing alive. These creative skills are a source of empowerment - ranging from personal expression to nonviolent action. Laura Rowley and Laurin Ramsey teach classes locally, and Nathan Lewis leads Combat Paper workshops around the US.

Our studio is located among the fields, hills, and streams of Trumansburg, New York. Please send us an email if you would like to visit or have questions:
